Preheat the oven to 350F
Take a bowl, add the flour according to the measurements, and mix in the baking powder and salt.
Crack the eggs into a separate bowl, beat them, then gradually add the butter, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla, and instant coffee powder.
Combine the wet ingredients until smooth and gradually stir in the dry ingredients to form a dough.
Now, add chocolate chips. You need to add this last so they don’t melt before baking.
Roll the dough now, then scoop out tiny amounts and push them into the desired cookie shape.
Spray some oil on a baking sheet, then place it on a baking tray. Dispense the cookies onto the tray.
Bake in the 350F preheated oven for a duration of 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Finally, remove them from the oven, let them cool for ten minutes, and then enjoy.
