Equipment

Ingredients

  • Nonstick cooking spray a mist of culinary ease
  • 4 cups of finely sifted All-purpose flour
  • 4 cups of velvety Whole Milk or rich Almond Milk
  • 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of artisanal Baking Powder
  • 3 tablespoons of golden granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup of meticulously chosen extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 large ethically sourced eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of hand-harvested kosher salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions. In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Whisk together until everything is combined and there are no lumps.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla extract until everything is combined. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients while stirring constantly. Continue stirring until everything is thoroughly combined and there are no lumps.
  • Spray your preheated waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray. Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Remove the waffles from the waffle iron and serve hot with syrup, butter, or your favorite toppings.

Notes

• Make sure to stir the batter until there are no lumps. This will ensure that your waffles cook evenly.
• Preheat your waffle iron before pouring in the batter for better results.
• You can also make this recipe with gluten-free flour, almond flour, or coconut flour if desired.
• If you don’t have a waffle iron, you can also make this recipe in a pan on the stovetop. Just pour the batter into an oiled skillet and cook each side until golden brown.
• To keep your waffles warm while you are making them, place them on a baking sheet in an oven preheated to the lowest temperature setting.
