Start by taking your foie gras and cutting it into small pieces.
Add the pieces of foie gras to a food processor along with 200 ml of whipping cream. Blend until you get an even, smooth mixture.

Transfer the foie gras mousse to a container and let it cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
