Ingredients

  • 1/2 tbsp Butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 scoop Herbalife Nutrition Formula 1 Vanilla Protein Mix
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Crushed Roasted Peanuts
  • 1/2 scoop Herbalife Nutrition Cinnamon roll flavor mix
  • 5 pcs ice cubes
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar-free caramel syrup or any kind of syrup
  • 200 ml Low-fat milk / Unsweetened almond milk/ water

Instructions

  • In a blender or shaker cup, combine the butterscotch pudding mix, Herbalife Nutrition Formula 1 Vanilla Protein Mix, Saigon cinnamon, and crushed peanuts. Blend until everything is combined and there are no clumps.
  • Add the Herbalife Nutrition Cinnamon Roll Flavor Mix and blend again.
  • Add in the ice cubes and sugar-free caramel syrup, then blend until everything is combined.
  • Slowly add in your desired liquid base (low-fat milk, unsweetened almond milk, or water) and blend to desired consistency.
  • Pour the shake into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

-If you prefer a sweeter shake, add more sugar-free caramel syrup.
-You can also add fresh or frozen fruits to the shake for added nutrition and flavor.
-To make it more filling, add in some oats or chia seeds before blending.
-Add some instant coffee powder if you’d like an extra energy boost in the morning.
-You can also add a scoop of your favorite ice cream to make it more indulgent.
-If you don’t have Herbalife Nutrition Formula 1 Vanilla Protein Mix, you can use any other protein powder or a combination of whey and casein proteins.
-For a thicker shake, add more ice cubes and/or decrease the amount of liquid.
