Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 1 scoop of Herbalife PDM
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 scoop Herbalife MR
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed grounded
  • 3 tsp chia seeds
  • 3 tsp of honey
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 8 tbsp granola or oatmeal
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together cinnamon, Herbalife PDM, peanut butter, Herbalife MR, ground flaxseeds, chia seeds and honey until it forms a thick mixture.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract and mini dark chocolate chips.
  • Using your hands, form 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  • For extra crunch, roll the balls in granola or oatmeal and return to the baking sheet.
  • Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let them set before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to experiment with different ingredients like cocoa powder, nuts, and dried fruit.
  • For a delicious snack, you can serve your protein balls with some freshly cut fruit or yogurt.
  • If you are looking for an even crunchier texture, roll the balls in some crushed nuts or coconut flakes.
  • For a richer flavor, top your protein balls with melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt.
