  • 4 tbsp Sugar-Free Salted Caramel Syrup
  • 2 Scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix: Dulce De Leche
  • 3 tbsp Bustelo Espresso Instant Coffee
  • 2 Scoops Herbalife Vanilla Protein Drink Mix
  • 3 Cups cold water
  • 4 tbsp Smuckers Sugar-Free Caramel Syrup
  • 2 Scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix Cafe Latte 
  • 10 Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all of the ingredients except for the ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
  • Add in the ice cubes and blend again until the shake is thick and creamy.
  • Pour the shake into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

-For an extra boost of flavor and sweetness, you can add in other ingredients like cinnamon or cocoa powder.
-If you want to make this shake vegan-friendly, simply use a plant-based milk alternative instead of water.
-To make the shake even thicker, try adding frozen fruit to the blender instead of ice cubes.
-You can also use this shake as a smoothie base and add in other ingredients like protein powder, nut butter, or oats.
-For an extra boost of protein and nutrients, you can add in Greek yogurt or tofu to the blender.
-If you want to reduce the sugar content even further, consider using a sugar-free syrup or honey instead of regular syrups.
-You can also substitute the Cafe Latte shake mix with any other Herbalife Formula 1 Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix flavors. This will give you a different flavor profile!
