Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cups melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
  • 7 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.5 cups white granulated sugar
  • 1 1/3 cups light brown sugar

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whip until fully incorporated.
  • Next, add the all-purpose flour, salt, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar to the wet mixture. Mix well until a smooth batter forms.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch pan and pour the batter into it. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Once done, remove the honey bun brownies from the oven and let them cool for about 10-15 minutes. This helps to set and create a perfect texture. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • To enhance the flavor, you can add a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg to the batter.
  • For a gooey texture, slightly underbake the brownies and let them cool completely before slicing.
  • To make these brownies even more decadent, top them with a drizzle of honey or a dollop of whipped cream.
