Equipment

  • a medium-sized saucepan.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 cup sriracha
  • 3 tsp red hot sauce
  • 2 pinches of lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 6 sticks butter
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp creole seasoning

Instructions

  • Begin by gathering all of the essential ingredients for this hot n juicy sauce recipe. In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until it becomes smooth and creamy. Once melted, incorporate cayenne, chili powder, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and paprika into the butter mixture. Stir well to ensure all of the spices are evenly distributed.
  • Pour in the sriracha, red hot sauce, and creole seasoning into the saucepan. Continue stirring to create a harmonious blend of flavors. Allow the ingredients to simmer for approximately 5 minutes over low heat, allowing the flavors to meld together beautifully. Once fully combined and simmered, remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. This will allow the sauce to thicken slightly and reach its peak flavor.

Notes

  • Adjust the heat level: If you prefer a milder sauce, reduce the amount of cayenne and hot sauces. For an extra spicy kick, add in more chili powder or hot sauce.
  • Customize to your liking: Feel free to add in other seasonings or ingredients, such as honey for a touch of sweetness or lime juice for a tangy twist.
  • Use as a marinade: This sauce can also be used as a marinade for meats. Simply brush it on before grilling or roasting.
