Combine the flour, yeast, vanilla sugar, and salt in a bowl. Whisk until blended.
Whisk eggs until light and fluffy then add to the dry ingredients. Mix until combined.
Divide dough into two portions and form each into a ball. Place on a greased baking tray, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Create the topping by melting chocolate in a double boiler. In a separate bowl mix together cream, butter, icing sugar, and thickener to form desired texture.
Spread melted chocolate over each dough ball evenly then top with cream mix.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
