2/3
tbsp
onion powder
1
cup
pitted kalamata olives
chopped
1/2
tsp
freshly ground black pepper
2/3
tbsp
garlic powder or fresh chopped/mashed garlic
8
tbsp
Dukes Mayonnaise
8
tbsp
cup olive spread
Instructions
Heat the grill to a medium heat.
Form the beef into three patties and season with onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper on both sides.
Grill the burgers for 4 minutes on each side.
Toast the hamburger buns lightly by grilling them while the burgers are cooking.
Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bun and olive spread on the other side.
Place burgers onto buns and top with chopped olives!
Notes
Don’t press down on your burgers while cooking them, this will make them dry and tough.
For an extra flavorful burger, add a few slices of bacon or thin onion rings to the top.
For an even more decadent burger, add a slice of cheese with the olives.
To get that classic diner flavor, try adding a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce to the beef before cooking.
