Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, half of the parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeno peppers with juice, green chiles, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, and ranch dressing mix.
  • Mix the ingredients until everything is well combined and then transfer to the prepared baking dish.
  • Top with remaining parmesan cheese and bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
