Preheat the oven to a scorching 450°F.
Take the brussels sprouts, give them a good scrubbing, and then cut each one in half lengthwise.
Place them on a baking sheet covered with either parchment paper or aluminium foil, before drizzling them with olive oil and sprinkling on some sea salt. Give them a good stir so that everything is evenly coated.
Pop them in the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes or until they reach a golden brown and crispy consistency.
In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, chilli powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, red pepper flakes, maple syrup and honey to create a sauce.
Once the brussels sprouts are delectably golden and crispy, remove them from the oven and pour the prepared sauce over them. Mix everything together until all of the sprouts are evenly coated.
Serve hot alongside your favourite accompaniment.
