Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Line a baking sheet with foil, parchment paper, or a silicone mat and spread the Brussels sprouts onto it in an even layer.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, or until Brussels sprouts are golden brown and tender.
Serve hot as a side dish, or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
