2cupsof impeccably chopped Roma tomatoes
Spices and Additional Liquids:
1/2gallonof water
1tablespoonof Cumin

Instructions
Allow the beans to soak for a minimum of 8 hours in water that is cool to the touch. Once complete, discard the liquid and rinse off the beans before placing them into a large pot filled with one gallon of fresh cold water.
