Ingredients

  • 20 Large shrimps
  • 2 Fresh juice of limes

For Guacamole Ranch Sauce

  • 1 Ripe avocado
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • ½ tsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 Fresh juice of lime
  • Chopped cilantro

For Marinade

  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 2 oz Salad oil
  • 2 tbsp Chopped cilantro
  • ½ tsp Cumin
  • ¼ tsp Chili powder

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together the oil, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Put the shrimp in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over them and mix well so that all sides of each shrimp are covered with it.
    Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, mash the avocado with a fork. Add the ranch dressing, lime juice, cumin, salt, and cilantro. Mix it all together until well combined. Set aside for later use.
  • Heat up your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat (400°F). Put the shrimp on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through.
    Serve the grilled shrimp with fresh lime juice, guacamole ranch sauce, and chopped cilantro.

Notes

  • Make sure that the shrimps are fresh and not frozen before you begin cooking.
  • Marinate the shrimps in the cumin-infused oil for at least 15 minutes to infuse more flavor into them.
  • Brush some of the marinade onto the shrimp while they are grilling to add more flavor.
  • Grill the shrimps over medium-high heat (400°F) for about 4 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through.
  • Serve the grilled shrimp with fresh lime juice, guacamole ranch sauce, and chopped cilantro.
