  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • Lime slices for garnish
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup grenadine syrup
  • 1/4 cup lime juice

Instructions

  • Begin by assembling the ingredients for the delightful rusa beverage. In a bowl, combine freshly squeezed orange juice, pineapple juice, grenadine syrup, lemon-lime soda and a splash of lime juice to create the base mixture.
  • Then, fill an ice cube tray with water and freeze it, so you have some ice cubes on hand when ready to prepare the drink.
  • When the ice cubes are ready, stir them into the rusa mixture until evenly blended. Add a few slices of lime to each glass and pour the delicious concoction over it.

Notes

  • Make sure to use freshly squeezed juices for the best flavor so that it doesn’t taste too artificial.
  • Use a good quality lemon-lime soda for the effervescence of the drink.
  • If you want to add some sweetness to the drink, you can replace the pineapple juice with mango or peach juice.
