Instructions

  • Begin by prepping your ingredients: Slice the ahi tuna into bite-sized pieces, dice the avocado, and measure out all of your other necessary elements.
  • Next, heat olive oil in a skillet on medium-high heat and add your well-seasoned tuna. Sear each side for two minutes or until it is lightly browned.
