Ruth's Chris mushroom was created by renowned restaurant chain Ruth’s Chris Steak House. This dish is an excellent combination of mushrooms, garlic powder, salt, parsley, butter and lemon juice. It is a delicious way to serve up some savory mushrooms that will tantalize your taste buds!

  • 24 oz Sherry mushroom
  • Garlic Powder (to taste)

  • Salt (to taste)

  • 1 tbsp Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Add in the mushrooms and garlic powder, salt to taste. Cook for 8 minutes or until lightly browned and softened.
  • Add in the parsley, butter, and lemon juice. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until all ingredients are fully combined.
  • Remove the pan and serve.

Notes

  • Feel free to add any additional herbs or spices for extra flavor.
  • For a vegan version, you can substitute the butter with olive oil.
  • You can also add other vegetables such as bell peppers or onions for added texture and flavor.
