Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add in the shrimp and cook until lightly browned. Put one shrimp inside every mushroom cap, then top each mushroom with a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese.
