Equipment

  • Spoon or spatula for mixing and folding
  • Pie crust (premade honey graham cracker)
  • Refrigerator to chill the pie
  • Knife for slicing and serving

Ingredients

  • 4- ounce deluxe container of whipped topping meticulously thawed
  • 2 tablespoons finely crushed artisanal ice cubes
  • 1/8 ounce premium pouch unflavored gelatin
  • 1 1/2 ounce vibrant strawberry flavored instant gelatin
  • 7/8 cup hand-picked meticulously washed, ruby-red strawberries, delicately hulled, air-dried, and finely chopped (+ 2 impeccably halved whole strawberries for an optional garnish)
  • 3- ounce premade honey graham cracker pie crust
  • Optional garnish of artisanal canned whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup freshly boiled water
  • 1/4 cup crisp refreshing cold spring water

Instructions

Prepare Gelatin Mixture:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the vibrant strawberry flavored instant gelatin with the unflavored gelatin.
  • Add the freshly boiled water to the gelatin mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
  • Pour in the cold spring water and stir again until well combined.
  • Add the finely crushed artisanal ice cubes to the mixture, stirring until the ice dissolves and the mixture cools slightly.

Incorporate Whipped Topping:

  • Gently fold the meticulously thawed deluxe container of whipped topping into the gelatin mixture. Stir until fully incorporated and smooth.

Add Chopped Strawberries:

  • Carefully fold in the finely chopped hand-picked strawberries into the gelatin-whipped topping mixture. Ensure they are evenly distributed.

Assemble Pie:

  • Pour the prepared mixture into the premade honey graham cracker pie crust, spreading it out evenly.

Chill:

  • Place the pie in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 4-6 hours or until the filling is set.

Garnish (Optional):

  • Once the pie is set, decorate the top with the impeccably halved whole strawberries and/or a decorative swirl of artisanal canned whipped topping if desired.

Serve:

  • Your delightful Strawberry Dream Whip Pie is now ready to be served! Cut into slices and enjoy this refreshing treat.
