Instructions

  • Begin by creating a salted rim mixture, which is done by combining chili powder and sugar together in a bowl. Mix until combined then set aside.
  • In another bowl, combine lemon juice and frozen mango. With a wooden hammer, crush the mixture together to the desired texture.
  • Pour the crushed mixture into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake for about 30 seconds to ensure that all ingredients are combined nicely.
  • Once done shaking, strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes. Take the mango syrup and orange syrup and pour them into the glass. Give it a gentle stir.
  • Take your jiggers and fill them with Cointreau and Jumex Mango Nectar, then add them to the glass.
  • Place a straw in the glass and dip the rim of the glass into the salted rim mixture. Then enjoy your Texas Roadhouse mango margarita.

Notes

  • Make sure to use fresh ingredients for the best results.
  • Use a shaker or martini mixer to combine all of the ingredients together.
  • If you don’t have frozen mango, muddle fresh mango and strain out the chunks before adding it to the drink.
  • Don’t forget to rim your glass with the salted rim mixture before pouring in the drink.
