Ingredients

  • 6 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 tsp butter
  • 6 tsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2- pound Argentinian shrimp
  • 1/2 cup dry wine
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium-high flame.
  • Stir in minced garlic cloves for 1 minute until the aroma fills your kitchen.
  • Sprinkle salt into the pan and mix with other ingredients.
  • Toss Argentinian shrimp into the pan and cook for 4 minutes.
  • Pour lemon juice and white wine over the shrimp, stirring to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is cooked through.
