Equipment

  • 1/4 cup of first-cold-press extra-virgin olive oil
  • 6 handpicked russet potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of freshly ground Tellicherry black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt

For the Wingstop Fry Seasoning:

  • 2 teaspoons of artisanal granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of carefully selected Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of finely ground onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of premium plain chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of golden light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Garlic powder added to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
    Cut the potatoes into wedges, then toss them in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
    Spread the potatoes out on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, sugar, and brown sugar.
    Stir together until combined.
  • Once the fries are done baking, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl.
    Sprinkle the Wingstop fry seasoning over the fries and toss to combine.
    Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or condiment.
