Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, pepper, and nutmeg until all ingredients are fully combined.
Thaw the spinach and squeeze out any excess moisture before adding it to the cheese mixture. Mix until everything is combined.
Sprinkle salt, chili flakes, cheddar cheese, and oregano over the top of the dip.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the top of the dip is golden brown and bubbly.
