Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound of artisanal cream cheese a luscious and velvety indulgence
  • 350 grams of emerald-green frozen spinach a verdant treasure from the frost-kissed fields
  • 4 tablespoons of aged Parmesan cheese a nutty sprinkle of culinary delight
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper a gentle dusting of aromatic warmth
  • 8 tablespoons of crumbled feta cheese a Mediterranean gem with a tangy twist
  • 8 tablespoons of grated mozzarella cheese a milky veil of creamy goodness
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder an aromatic whisper of savory essence
  • A pinch of ground nutmeg a fragrant touch of exotic spice
  • Salt according to taste a judicious sprinkle for perfect balance
  • 8 tablespoons of grated cheddar cheese a golden cascade of savory richness
  • 1/4 teaspoon of chili flakes a fiery dance on the palate
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Dried Oregano a sprinkle of Mediterranean magic

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, pepper, and nutmeg until all ingredients are fully combined.
  • Thaw the spinach and squeeze out any excess moisture before adding it to the cheese mixture. Mix until everything is combined.
  • Sprinkle salt, chili flakes, cheddar cheese, and oregano over the top of the dip.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the top of the dip is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Serve with your favorite sides!

Notes

  • If you’d like a smoother dip, blend the cheese mixture until it’s creamy. Be sure to use a high-powered blender so that it doesn’t get lumpy.
  • For a vegan version of this dish, replace all dairy ingredients with vegan alternatives.
  • The dip can also be served cold, just make sure to add the seasonings before serving.
