Zoe's Chicken Salad is an easy but tasty recipe, perfect for a quick meal or snack. It requires only a few ingredients to become an amazing cold salad that will be the star of any picnic or potluck. Serve it up as a wrap or sandwich for lunch or dinner and make use of leftover cooked chicken!
4cups shredded cooked chicken you can use shredded rotisserie chicken
1cupDukes Mayonnaise
1 cupcelery finely diced
salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chicken, mayonnaise, celery, salt, and pepper until everything is evenly mixed together.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve immediately.
