  • 1 Chopping board and knife


  • 4 cups shredded cooked chicken you can use shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup Dukes Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup celery finely diced
  • salt and black pepper to taste


  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chicken, mayonnaise, celery, salt, and pepper until everything is evenly mixed together.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Serve immediately.


- For a delicious twist, try adding in some crumbled bacon, chopped scallions, or halved grapes.
- You can also use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a healthier version.
