Dairy and Fat Base:

  • 2 cups of luxurious heavy cream
  • 1 cup of unsalted butter for a velvety texture

Flavor Enhancers:

  • 2 teaspoons of aromatic garlic powder
  • 2 cups of freshly grated Parmesan cheese ensuring a rich taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt precisely measured to taste

  • In a large, heavy-bottomed pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic powder, heavy cream, and black pepper to the melted butter. Stir until everything is well combined.
  • Slowly add in the Parmesan cheese and stir continuously until it has completely melted into the sauce. Reduce the heat to low.
  • Continue to cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt to taste. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.

  • If you want a thicker sauce, add more Parmesan cheese which will create a thicker and creamier texture.
  • If you want to add extra flavor, try adding a pinch of nutmeg or red pepper flakes for some added spice.
  • Make sure to stir the sauce continuously as it is cooking so that it doesn’t burn and stick to the bottom of the pot.
