  • 1/2 pound of premium beef tenderloin meticulously cut into bite-sized pieces, chosen for its exquisite tenderness and exceptional flavor.
  • 1/4 cup of vibrant snow peas handpicked at their peak freshness, providing a crisp and refreshing texture to the stir-fry.
  • 1/4 cup of baby corn meticulously selected for its petite size and tender kernels, adding a subtly sweet and delicate note to the dish.
  • 1/4 pound of tender and juicy chicken breast carefully selected for its boneless and skinless nature, ensuring a lean and protein-rich addition to the dish.
  • 1/2 pound of succulent medium-sized shrimp thoughtfully peeled and deveined, ensuring a delightful seafood element in the dish.
  • 2 tablespoons of low-sodium chicken stock carefully prepared to enhance the flavors of the dish without overpowering the other ingredients.
  • 1/2 cup of fresh broccoli florets skillfully cut to ensure uniform size, offering a vibrant green color and a satisfying crunch to the dish.
  • 3/4 tablespoon of premium soy sauce meticulously brewed using traditional methods, providing a savory and umami-rich element to the dish.
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Chinese Five Spice Powder a carefully balanced blend of aromatic spices, including star anise, cloves, Chinese cinnamon, Sichuan peppercorns, and fennel seeds, adding a complex and fragrant layer of flavor to the stir-fry.
  • 1/4 cup of red bell pepper carefully chopped into colorful pieces, adding a vibrant and slightly tangy flavor to the stir-fry.
  • Peanut oil chosen for its high smoke point and subtle nutty flavor, ensuring a perfect stir-frying experience. Use the same amount as mentioned in the original recipe.
  • 3/4 tablespoon of authentic oyster sauce skillfully made from the finest oysters, adding a rich and savory depth of flavor to the stir-fry.
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar chosen for its subtle sweetness, helping to balance the flavors in the dish.
  • 1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch finely ground from premium corn kernels, used as a natural thickening agent to create a glossy and velvety sauce.

  • Begin by prepping all your ingredients. Cut the chicken breast, beef, and shrimp into bite-sized pieces. Chop the bell pepper, snow peas, baby corn, and broccoli into small pieces as well.
  • In a bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the Chinese five-spice powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cornstarch with the chicken stock. Set aside.
  • Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of peanut oil. Add the chicken and cook it until it is browned on all sides (around 5 minutes). Transfer the cooked chicken to a plate, then add another tablespoon of oil to the pan.
  • Add the beef and cook for 2 minutes, then add the shrimp and stir-fry for another 3 minutes. Once the beef and shrimp are cooked through, add the vegetables to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Return the chicken to the pan and pour in the sauce mixture you prepared earlier. Stir everything together and allow it to cook for a few more minutes until the sauce has thickened and all of the ingredients are coated in the sauce.
  • Serve your Triple Delight Chinese Food with steamed rice or your favorite noodles.

-Be sure to use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
-If you don't have Chinese five-spice powder, you can substitute it with a combination of ground star anise, cloves, fennel seed, cinnamon, and black pepper.
-You can also add other vegetables such as mushrooms or zucchini to this dish if desired.
