Equipment

  • 1 cup
  • 1 Blender

Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 10 oz. of Manzanilla olives with pimientos
  • 8 tbsp Dukes Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  • Drain the olives and save the liquid. Put them in a blender and blend until it turns into a paste.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, olive paste, salt, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice and black pepper until it’s combined.
  • Slather the Kewpee olive burger sauce on a burger.

Notes

  • If you prefer more heat, add in some cayenne pepper.
  • If you want a creamier sauce, add 1 tablespoon of sour cream.
  • Feel free to experiment with different herbs and spices to create your own unique flavor.
