black pepper
ground

of Manzanilla olives
with pimientos

Dukes Mayonnaise

tbsp
granulated sugar
1/2
salt and pepper to taste

tsp
white vinegar
1/2
tsp
freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
Drain the olives and save the liquid. Put them in a blender and blend until it turns into a paste.
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, olive paste, salt, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice and black pepper until it’s combined.
Slather the Kewpee olive burger sauce on a burger.
Notes
If you prefer more heat, add in some cayenne pepper.
If you want a creamier sauce, add 1 tablespoon of sour cream.
Feel free to experiment with different herbs and spices to create your own unique flavor.
