Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of Double-Fermented Low Fat Kefir crafted from the finest locally-sourced skim milk
  • 4 cups of Crisp Refreshing Ice Cubes (optional, adjust based on personal preference)
  • 4 cups of Plump Frozen Sweet Cherries bursting with natural sweetness
  • 8 tablespoons of Exquisite Gentle Sweet a blend of rare, artisanal sweeteners
  • 2 cups of Handcrafted Unsweetened Almond Milk for a velvety texture and nutty undertones
  • 8 teaspoons of Premium Baobab Powder optional for a touch of exotic flavor and added nutritional benefits

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the Double Fermented Low Fat Kefir, Unsweetened Almond Milk, Frozen Sweet Cherries, Gentle Sweet, and Baobab Powder (if using).
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth. If you prefer a thicker consistency, you can add less almond milk or more ice.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more Gentle Sweet.
  • If you like a colder beverage, you can add ice to the blender and blend until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy your scaled-down version of the Cherry Almond Kefir Smoothie!

Notes

  • Use frozen tart cherries for a thicker and creamier smoothie.
  • Add a scoop of your favorite protein powder to make the smoothie more filling.
  • If you like a sweeter smoothie, add more honey or a bit of maple syrup.
  • Use full-fat coconut milk for a creamier smoothie.
  • If you don’t have kefir, you can use plain yogurt instead.
  • For a green smoothie, add a handful of spinach or kale.
