  • 1/4 stick margarine or 2 tablespoons or 2 tablespoons butter - A quarter stick of margarine (equivalent to 2 tablespoons) or 2 tablespoons of butter, serving as a rich and creamy fat source, adding a luscious and velvety texture to the chicken, enhancing its flavor and helping to keep it moist during cooking.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place your chicken breast in an oven-proof baking dish and then pour over the butter or margarine, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Place the dish into the preheated oven, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
  • Turn the heat up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and continue cooking for a further 10 minutes until the chicken is golden brown.
  • When ready, remove from the oven and let cool before serving.

Notes

– Experiment with different herbs and spices to add variety to the flavor of the president’s chicken.
– You can also use marinades or sauces to add more flavor.
– Be sure not to overcook the chicken as it will become dry and tough.
