Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place your chicken breast in an oven-proof baking dish and then pour over the butter or margarine, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Place the dish into the preheated oven, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
Turn the heat up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and continue cooking for a further 10 minutes until the chicken is golden brown.
When ready, remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
