Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper - Half a teaspoon of black pepper providing a bold and slightly spicy kick to the dish, adding a subtle heat and enhancing the overall flavor profile.
  • 1 1/2 handfuls Fresh Parsley - One and a half handfuls of fresh parsley offering a vibrant and herbaceous flavor to the dish, adding a refreshing and aromatic element that brightens the other ingredients.
  • 1/8 tablespoons Garlic Cloves - One-eighth of a tablespoon of garlic cloves offering a pungent and aromatic flavor to the dish, infusing it with a rich and bold garlic taste that complements the other ingredients.

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.
  • Combine olive oil and garlic cloves in a blender until it forms a paste.
  • Add parsley, Old Bay seasoning, garlic salt, paprika, black pepper and Lawry’s Lemon Pepper to the blender and mix until everything is combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over low-medium heat until it starts to bubble.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Take off the heat and allow it to cool before transferring it to an airtight container.

Notes

– If you prefer a milder flavour, reduce the garlic cloves used.
– You can also add a few drops of hot sauce for added heat.
– For a thicker consistency, you can use less olive oil or add more parsley to the mix.
