Equipment

  • 1 small pot
  • 1 spoon

Ingredients

Instructions

  • First of all, gather all the ingredients and keep them in the same place. It will make the process easier and ensure that you didn't miss any ingredients to combine.
  • In a small pot, combine all the ingredients in the right amounts specified above. Mix them well with a spoon. Then put the pot on the stove and reduce the heat to low. Allow the sauce to simmer for about 10 minutes, or until it has thickened.
  • Once the sauce has thickened, remove the pot from the heat and set it aside to rest at room temperature. Allow it to cool before eating. Then serve it on a plate and enjoy!

Notes

  • Refrigerate for one hour before serving. The chilling sauce will give the chicken a cool, refreshing flavor.
  • When the sauce is at room temperature, transfer it into an airtight container and refrigerate it for up to two weeks. Before using, bring the sauce to room temperature and stir well.
  • If you plan on freezing the sauce, first cool it completely in the refrigerator. Then, transfer it to a freezer-safe container or bag and freeze for up to 3 months.
