Equipment

  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • 3 cooking pots.

Ingredients

  • Noodles — 8 oz., cooked.
  • Lobster — 1 pound, frozen.
  • Parmesan cheese — 1 tbsp.
  • Butter — 3 tbsp., unsalted.
  • Spinach — 3 cups.
  • Honey — 1 tsp.
  • Garlic — 1 tbsp., minced.
  • Stir-fry sauce — 1 ½ tbsp.
  • Salt and pepper — to taste.
  • Shiitake mushrooms — ½ cup.
  • Cooking oil — 1 tbsp.

Instructions

  • Start by defrosting the frozen lobster if needed. Cut into small cubes, and set aside in a bowl.
  • Heat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, and wait until it gets hot.
  • Add shiitake mushrooms and garlic to the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • Add lobster cubes, honey, butter, and stir-fry sauce to the pan and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  • Add cooked noodles, spinach, Parmesan cheese, and salt & pepper to taste. Stir-fry everything together until it is heated through, about 2 minutes.
  • Serve with extra Parmesan cheese.

Notes

• This recipe is best served hot, so make sure to serve it right away!
• For a creamier texture, add some heavy cream or half-and-half to the pan during Step 5.
• If you don’t have stir-fry sauce, you can substitute it with soy sauce.
