Ingredients

  • 400 ml cold water
  • 2 Crushed cookies
  • 1/2 tsp lemon extract
  • 4 scoops Herbalife French Vanilla Shake Mix
  • 2 tsp Sugar-free lemon pudding mix
  • 4 scoops Herbalife protein drink mix
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the ice water, crushed cookies, lemon extract, Herbalife formula, and sugar-free lemon pudding mix.
  • Blend all ingredients until they are completely incorporated and smooth.
  • Pour the shake into a tall glass or tumbler.
  • Top with some whipped cream and extra crushed cookies.

Notes

-If you want an extra creamy shake, add a scoop of Greek Yogurt or Silken Tofu to the blender.
