Ingredients

For the Meatballs:

For the Sauce:

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix together ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs, jalapeno pepper, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Form the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, mix together chili sauce, cranberry sauce, jalapeno pepper jelly, lemon juice, brown sugar, and garlic salt. Cook until heated through and bubbling.
  • Once the meatballs have finished cooking, add them to the saucepan and gently toss to coat in the sauce.
  • Serve warm with chopped parsley (optional).

Notes

-You can also cook the meatballs in a large skillet over medium heat.
-Substitute ground turkey or chicken for the beef and pork for a leaner version.
-For extra spice, add more jalapeno pepper to the sauce.
