Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, mix together ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs, jalapeno pepper, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and salt.
Form the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cooked through.
