First, start with the vegetables. Slice the carrots, celery ribs and parsley roots individually, then place them in separate bowls.
After that, chop the parsley greens loosely. And cut the onion in half, leaving it unsliced or chopped.
Cut the chicken into pieces. Wash them thoroughly. Then, add them to a large soup pot with water.
Let the chicken boil until it is cooked through. It has been cooked if the chicken is white on the inside and outside.
Once the chicken is boiled, add carrots, parsley root or parsnip, celery, onion, pepper, and parsley greens to the same pot. Season with salt and peppercorns.
Gently boil for 1 and 1/2 hours. By this time, the chicken and vegetables should be soft and tender. Plus, a gentle aroma should fill your kitchen.
Remove the chicken onto a plate and strain the vegetables and liquid into two separate bowls.
Take another pot, and fill it with water until it’s 3/4 full. When the water comes to a boil, add 1 teaspoon of salt and then add the noodles. Follow the instructions on the noodle package. In the case of homemade noodles, boil water with some salt. Once the noodles rise to the top of the pot, remove them with a sieve. Rinse them in cold water afterward, and it can prevent sticking.
Add the noodles to the liquid.
