Step 1: First, start with the vegetables. Slice the carrots, celery ribs and parsley roots individually, then place them in separate bowls.
Step 2: After that, chop the parsley greens loosely. And cut the onion in half, leaving it unsliced or chopped.
Step 3: Cut the chicken into pieces. Wash them thoroughly. Then, add them to a large soup pot with water.
Step 4: Let the chicken boil until it is cooked through. It has been cooked if the chicken is white on the inside and outside.
Step 5: Once the chicken is boiled, add carrots, parsley root or parsnip, celery, onion, pepper, and parsley greens to the same pot. Season with salt and peppercorns.
Step 6: Gently boil for 1 and 1/2 hours. By this time, the chicken and vegetables should be soft and tender. Plus, a gentle aroma should fill your kitchen.
