In a medium-sized bowl, mix together yeast, sugar, and salt until everything is thoroughly combined.
Add the eggs and butter or margarine to the mixture.
Pour 1 cup of warm milk into a large mixing bowl and add the yeast combination. Stir it until completely blended.
Incorporate the remaining lukewarm milk into an electric mixer together with the yeast mixture. While running the mixer, add 1 cup of all-purpose flour at a time and knead the dough for approximately 5-7 minutes until it has become elastic and smooth.
Place the dough into a lightly greased bowl and cover it with plastic wrap then let it expand for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough and break it into 12 even pieces. Shape each piece into a round shape and arrange them on a lightly greased baking sheet. Cover the rolls with plastic wrap again and let them rise for an additional 45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, brush the top of the rolls with melted butter then bake for 20-25 minutes or until they become golden brown. Wait for them to cool slightly before serving.
