Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into circles with a cookie cutter or glass.
Place the cookies onto an ungreased baking sheet, leaving enough space between each one.
