Ingredients

  • ground Pepper to taste, allowing you to season the dish with a subtle spiciness and depth, enhancing the overall flavor profile. The pepper adds a hint of warmth and complements the other ingredients.
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt enhancing the natural flavors of the ingredients and bringing a balance to the overall taste profile.
  • 1/2 package of onion soup adding a savory and aromatic blend of flavors that infuses the dish with a robust and comforting taste.
  • 1 sticks of unsalted butter providing richness and a creamy texture to the dish, adding a luxurious and indulgent element to the overall taste profile.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Take a casserole dish and add some butter sticks to it. Pop the casserole into the preheated oven and let the butter melt for about 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Open the can of Campbell's Beef Consomme and give it a good stir using a spoon. Pour the stirred Campbell's Beef Consomme over the melted butter in the casserole dish.
  • Add the rice evenly over the beef consomme and butter mixture to the casserole. The rice will absorb the flavors and become exceptionally tasty. After adding the rice, give everything a gentle stir.
  • Place the casserole dish back in the oven. Let the rice bake for the time specified on your rice package. Generally, the rice takes about 15-20 minutes to cook fully. Serve the Campbell's Beef Consomme Rice with grilled or roasted meats.

Notes

  • If you prefer a stronger mushroom flavor, you can use a variety of mushrooms or even add dried porcini mushrooms for a more intense taste.
  • Feel free to experiment with additional seasonings such as garlic powder, thyme, or rosemary to personalize the dish according to your preferences.
  • You can substitute the beef consommé with vegetable broth for a vegetarian version and omit the onion soup. This modification will still yield a flavorful rice dish.
