Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the active dry yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let it stand for 5 minutes or until foamy.
  • Stir in the olive oil, salt, and four cups of all-purpose flour until everything is well combined to form a sticky dough.
  • Knead the dough with your hands for about 8-10 minutes or until the dough is soft and elastic. The more you knead, the better your pizza crust will be!
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a damp towel. Allow it to rise in a warm spot in your kitchen for 1-2 hours.
  • Once the dough has doubled in size, punch down the dough and knead it once more.
  • Divide the pizza dough into two equal parts.
  • Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness or thinness.
  • Place your favorite toppings on top of your pizza.
  • Bake your pizza in the oven at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Enjoy your homemade pizza made with delicious Costco ingredients!

Notes

  • When preparing the dough, make sure to knead it for long enough to ensure that it is light and fluffy on the inside.
  • Additionally, be sure to let the dough rise in a warm spot in your kitchen for at least 1-2 hours before you roll it out. This will help give your pizza crust a perfect texture and flavor.
  • Lastly, always make sure that the oven is preheated before baking your pizza. This will help ensure that your pizza crust comes out golden brown and crispy.
