- In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. 
- Add the scallops and stir to coat before cooking for 3-5 minutes, until golden browned on both sides. 
- Mix in the garlic, parsley, oregano, calamari rings, shrimp, and basil. 
- Continue cooking for 7-10 minutes until the seafood is cooked through. 
- Add salt and pepper according to your taste, then serve while hot.
