Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter.
Cook macaroni in boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain the cooked pasta and set aside.
Whisk together heavy cream, milk, and eggs in a large bowl until combined. Then add shredded Colby & Monterey Jack cheeses, Velveeta cheese, and smoked cheddar cheese; mix until all ingredients are combined well.
Add drained macaroni into the cheesy mixture, stirring until thoroughly combined with sauce ingredients.
Now, add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the macaroni mixture into greased baking dish and spread evenly over the top.
Bake for about 30 minutes until the top of the macaroni is light golden brown.
Let macaroni cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
