Add in water, sugar, warm milk, salt, and baking powder, and mix until everything is well combined.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch thickness. Cut into circles of desired size and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Whisk together eggs and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Brush each gordita with egg mixture before baking in a preheated 350°F oven for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove gorditas from the oven and let cool. Serve warm with your favorite accompaniment!
