Equipment

  • A bowl and skillet

Ingredients

Anabolic French Toast

  • 2 pinch salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 egg whites
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup butter or oil
  • 6 teaspoons syrup sugar-free
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 8 slices of bread

Egg White French Toast

  • 1 cup egg whites

For Topping

  • 6 tsp Sugar-free pudding mix
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

Instructions

  • Grease up a large skillet with butter or oil and heat over medium-high flame.
  • In an average bowl, whisk together the egg whites, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and pudding mix until fully blended.
  • Dip both sides of your sliced bread in the egg mixture and shake off any excess liquid before adding to the skillet.
  • Fry the coated slices of bread in the hot skillet for 3-4 minutes per side until crisp and cooked. Your Anabolic French Toast is ready!

Notes

  • Use thick slices of bread for best results.
  • Make sure to use full-fat Greek yogurt and a high-protein, low-carb protein powder for a muscle-building breakfast.
  • Be sure to soak the slices of bread in the egg mixture long enough so that it is fully coated.
  • Don’t rush the cooking process and make sure to cook the French toast until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Add your favorite toppings such as fruit, nut butter, or yogurt to customize your Anabolic French Toast.
