Instructions
Grease up a large skillet with butter or oil and heat over medium-high flame.
In an average bowl, whisk together the egg whites, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and pudding mix until fully blended.
Dip both sides of your sliced bread in the egg mixture and shake off any excess liquid before adding to the skillet.
Fry the coated slices of bread in the hot skillet for 3-4 minutes per side until crisp and cooked. Your Anabolic French Toast is ready!
Notes
Use thick slices of bread for best results.
Make sure to use full-fat Greek yogurt and a high-protein, low-carb protein powder for a muscle-building breakfast.
Be sure to soak the slices of bread in the egg mixture long enough so that it is fully coated.
Don’t rush the cooking process and make sure to cook the French toast until golden brown and cooked through.
Add your favorite toppings such as fruit, nut butter, or yogurt to customize your Anabolic French Toast.
