In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, almond milk and melted butter until fully combined.
Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the egg mixture while stirring to combine into a thin batter.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and melt a pat of butter in the pan.
Scoop ¼ cup of batter into the middle of the pan and tilt it around to evenly spread out the crepe.
Cook for 2 minutes before flipping it with a spatula and cooking for another minute on the other side, or until golden.
Remove from the heat and slide onto a plate. Repeat with remaining batter.
Serve with desired toppings such as fresh fruit, honey or Nutella!
