Start by preparing your ingredients, cutting the tuna into cubes, slicing the carrot and red onion into thin slices, mashing the avocado, and dicing the spring onions.

Reduce heat to low and add in the cooked rice, red cabbage, and Kikkoman Poke Sauce. Stir to combine all the ingredients together.
Finally, add in the mashed avocado and stir gently until everything is combined.
Squeeze some fresh lime juice over the top before serving.
