Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of garlic powder, 2 tablespoons of paprika, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, plus salt and pepper. Toss the chicken wings in this mix for even coating.
Place the seasoned wings on the prepared baking sheet without overcrowding. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway for even cooking.
Once done, allow the wings to cool for a few minutes to set.
