Equipment

Ingredients

  • 16 pounds of Chicken wings
  • 12 teaspoons of paprika
  • 8 tablespoons of garlic powder
  • 8 tablespoons of baking powder
  • 6 teaspoons of cracked black pepper
  • Salt according to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of garlic powder, 2 tablespoons of paprika, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, plus salt and pepper. Toss the chicken wings in this mix for even coating.
  • Place the seasoned wings on the prepared baking sheet without overcrowding. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway for even cooking.
  • Once done, allow the wings to cool for a few minutes to set.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauces and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra crispy wings, pat them dry with a paper towel before seasoning.
  • Experiment with different seasonings and sauces to create your unique flavor combination.
  • If you prefer fried chicken wings, heat oil in a deep pan or fryer and add the seasoned wings. Cook until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Make sure to check the internal temperature of the chicken wings with a meat thermometer before serving. It should read 165°F (74°C).
  • For easier clean-up, line your baking sheet with aluminum foil before adding parchment paper.
